beraji Terms & Conditions

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain a beraji account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a beraji employee.
• Online gaming is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the beraji platform.

1.2 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

beraji may, at any time and without prior notice, require you to submit documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

1.3 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one beraji account. If beraji identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, device, IP address, or payment method — beraji reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets and bonuses, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

beraji currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• International cards: Visa, Mastercard
• Bank transfers: BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. beraji does not charge a transaction fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

2.2 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

You must only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. beraji does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not belong to the registered account holder, beraji reserves the right to reverse the deposit, suspend the account, and request identity verification before any funds are released.

2.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before the daily processing cut-off time. beraji reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding account deposit history patterns.

2.4 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. beraji reserves the right to apply an inactivity maintenance fee of ৳50 per month to dormant account balances, provided that the remaining balance is not reduced below zero. Players will be notified by email prior to the commencement of any inactivity fee deduction.

3.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional rewards are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 30x the total of the deposit plus bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made from a bonus-funded balance.

3.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be restricted by country, payment method, game type, or account verification status. beraji reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, device, or IP address.

3.3 Bonus Abuse

beraji operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements while minimising genuine risk, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended, bonuses voided, and winnings derived from such activity forfeited.

3.4 Promotion Amendments

beraji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion, bonus structure, or loyalty programme at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on beraji.app. Continuing to use the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

4.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by beraji. beraji reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced, bets placed using erroneous odds, or bets that exceed account-level stake limits. A bet is only confirmed when you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number.

4.2 Palpable Errors

If beraji erroneously quotes odds, pays out incorrect winnings, or credits a player's account due to a system error or human mistake ("palpable error"), beraji reserves the right to correct the error at any time. This includes voiding affected bets, reclaiming incorrectly paid winnings, and adjusting account balances. Players are required to report any suspected errors to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.

4.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the beraji platform and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated betting software, scripts, or bots of any kind.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or RNG irregularities.
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or beraji staff.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events.
• Using insider information or non-public information to gain a betting advantage.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person without beraji's prior written consent.

4.4 Game Results & Disputes

The result of all casino games is determined by beraji's certified RNG system and/or live dealer outcomes, as applicable. Game results displayed on screen are final. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, beraji's server-side records shall be the sole determinant of the game state and outcome at the time of disconnection. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of the event.

5.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment

beraji is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. All players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and cool-off periods through the account settings panel. These tools are available to all verified beraji account holders at no charge and take effect immediately upon activation.

5.2 Self-Exclusion

Any player who believes their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion by contacting beraji support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and take immediate practical effect. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be deactivated and the player will not receive any promotional communications.

5.3 Age Verification & Minor Protection

beraji employs age verification checks at the point of registration and reserves the right to conduct additional verification at any time. If beraji has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account holder is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited. Players are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household do not access the beraji platform or their beraji account credentials.

6.1 Intellectual Property

All content on the beraji platform, including but not limited to the beraji brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and underlying code, is the exclusive property of beraji or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any beraji content without prior written authorisation.

6.2 Privacy & Data

beraji collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. 6.3 Platform Security

beraji uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption on all pages and connections to protect the transmission of personal and financial data. While beraji employs industry-standard security measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices, login credentials, and network connections when accessing beraji.app.

7.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, beraji, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from system outages, network failures, or events beyond beraji's reasonable control.

7.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless beraji and its affiliates against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights while using the beraji platform.

7.3 Amendments to This Agreement

beraji reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the beraji platform following publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

7.4 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from this Agreement if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

7.5 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with beraji's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and beraji with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
